Over the course of my career, I’ve been fortunate enough to work with hundreds of people, all of them unique individuals with their own motivations, training experience and expectations of what it will take to achieve their goals.

I’ve worked with everyone, it doesn’t matter to me if you are a leading lady or you just want to feel that little bit fitter kicking the ball around with your children. As long as you are determined to achieve your goal, turn up to training sessions with a smile on your face and the will to work hard, I’m in! …and I’ll commit to your goals as if they were my own.

I looked in the mirror, I was even told I just didn’t have the body type to achieve my goals. I made it my mission to unlock my body’s potential and in that quest I’ve accumulated so much knowledge and experience that I’ve helped people of all shapes and sizes achieve things they were beginning to think were impossible.

There’s no ‘one size fits all’ in fitness, It’s my job to remove the guesswork from your health and fitness efforts and help you find the perfect solution to finally get you to your goal, without disrupting your current lifestyle.

How many personal training sessions do I need? and how long will it take to see results?

That’s a good question, and it depends on your goal, to see fast results I would recommend 2-3 sessions per week, plus following my nutritional recommendations. With this training frequency, you could expect to see fantastic results in 6-8 weeks. Someone who is in a rush to prepare for a wedding or holiday may want to up the frequency of their training sessions to 5 sessions per week, this is the most rapid way to see changes in your body and get you where you want to be in time for your deadline. With this training frequency, you could expect to see fantastic results within 4 weeks. To achieve other goals such as muscle gain, pre or post pregnancy training or injury rehabilitation you may not always need to train this frequently, but this will be determined according to the individual.

Where can my sessions take place?

Your personal training sessions can take place in the comfort of your own home, a local park or in my fully equipped personal training studio located just a 1-minute walk from Victoria tube station.

What If I need to cancel my session?

I require that you adhere to a same day cancellation policy, meaning that if you have to cancel on the same day we are scheduled to train this session will still count as one of your claimed sessions.

How does your money back guarantee work?

My money back guarantees states that if you make the changes we discuss together and commit to our proposed training frequency and still do not see results, I’ll give you your money back. I stand by this because I know that my methods get results, so if you uphold your part of the bargain, we’ll get the results you came to me looking for.

How Can I Pay?

Blocks of sessions are paid in advance and can be paid through bank transfer, cheque or cash.
